Retailer Inventory Letter
10.01.22 - Dear Valued Customers:
On behalf of everyone at SISU, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your understanding and continued support during our current production and packaging transition from our Burnaby, B.C. manufacturing facility to our sister company VitaHealth in Winnipeg, MB. This new manufacturing model provides increased production capacity and gained efficiencies, allowing us to maintain current pricing despite increased raw material costs.
As with any transition we expected bumps in the road ahead and felt we had adequately prepared for this process. However, the increased market interest in natural health products coupled with the increased demand for SISU products have contributed to unfortunate inventory shortages.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused but we can assure you our stock levels are improving every day and most inventory issues will be resolved by February 15, 2010.
Also, we are pleased to announce our corporate headquarters is moving to a brand new building in Burnaby that includes a custom designed Product Development Lab and Education Centre that will be utilized by staff and you, our valued Natural Health Stores. As of February 8th, 2010 our new Head Office address will be:
