Blender Smoothies

These recipes can also be made with SISU Women's Protein Plus™ with Mocha Cream substituting Creamy Chocolate and Tropical Swirl substituting French Vanilla or Vanilla Almond. SISU Prairie Flax Oil can also be added to provide heart-healthy Omega-3 fatty acids. Be creative! Blend the following ingredients together and enjoy.

Chocolate Raspberry Smoothie

  • 1 cup of low fat milk
  • 1 scoop of low fat chocolate ice cream
  • 1 scoop of Creamy Chocolate Whey Protein Isolate
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries

Banana Smoothie

  • 1 cup of low fat milk
  • 1 scoop of low fat vanilla ice cream
  • 1 scoop of French Vanilla or Vanilla Almond Whey Protein Isolate
  • 1-2 ripe bananas

Very Berry Smoothie

  • 1 cup of low fat milk
  • 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
  • 1 scoop of French Vanilla or Vanilla Almond Whey Protein Isolate
  • 2 cups of frozen mixed berries

Yogurt Surprises

Let your imagination run wild with these super low-fat treats! Try mixing your favourite yogurt with half to one scoop of Whey Protein Isolate.

Here are some suggestions to get you started:

  • Vanilla yogurt with French Vanilla Whey Protein
  • Vanilla yogurt with Creamy Chocolate Whey Protein
  • Black cherry yogurt with Creamy Chocolate Whey Protein
  • Banana yogurt with French Vanilla Whey Protein
  • Raspberry yogurt with Creamy Chocolate Whey Protein
  • Strawberry yogurt with Creamy Chocolate Whey Protein
  • Mixed berry yogurt with French Vanilla/Vanilla Almond Whey Protein

Add chopped berries, apples or bananas for added nutrition and antioxidants, or substitute pudding for yogurt in any of these recipes for a delicious dessert!

Protein-power breakfasts

Frozen protein fudgesicles

  • 2 cups vanilla yogurt
  • 2-3 scoops Creamy Chocolate Whey Protein Isolate
  • 1 large soft banana
  • 1 cup of low-fat milk or rice milk

Blend all ingredients together and pour into Popsicle holders. Freeze until hard and you have a healthy breakfast treat for a fussy eater.

Tropical Swirl Parfait

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 scoop Women's Protein Plus™ Tropical Swirl
  • ½ cup organic granola
  • 1 banana, mango or peach cut into cubes

Mix plain yogurt with Women's Protein Plus™ Tropical Swirl (or substitute French Vanilla or Vanilla Almond Whey Protein). Layer the protein and yogurt mix in a tall glass with the granola and fruit cubes. Makes a perfect breakfast or snack. Layer in a thermos, or Tupperware® container for a healthy snack that you can take with you.

Ice Cream Sundaes

Made with your favourite flavour of ice cream, these tasty treats will never have time to melt.

Creamy Chocolate Sundae

  • 2 scoops low fat chocolate ice cream
  • 1 scoop Creamy Chocolate Whey Protein Isolate
  • 1 tsp. mini chocolate or carob chips (optional)

Mix ice cream, chocolate or carob chips and Whey together. Pack into cone or serve in a sundae glass.

Rocky Road Sundae

  • 2 scoops of low fat chocolate ice cream
  • 1 scoop Creamy Chocolate Whey Protein Isolate
  • 10 mini marshmallows, chopped 6 almonds chopped

Mix ice cream, almonds, marshmallows and Whey together. Pack into cone or serve in a sundae glass.

Very Vanilla Sundae

  • 2 scoops of low fat vanilla ice cream
  • 1 scoop French Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
  • 1 tsp. organic liquid honey or maple syrup

Mix ice cream and Whey together. Pack into cone or serve into a sundae glass. Drizzle honey or maple syrup over top.

Mixed Berry Sundae

  • 2 scoops low fat strawberry or vanilla ice cream
  • 1 scoop Plain or French Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh berries or thawed frozen mixed berries

Mix ice cream, berries and Whey together. Pack into cone or serve in a sundae glass.

For Adults Only

The Ultimate Mocha Cooler

Blend two scoops of coffee ice cream with one cup of low fat milk. Add a scoop of Creamy Chocolate Whey Protein and half to one cup of crushed ice. Blend for five seconds or longer. If you prefer coffee to mocha flavour, substitute French Vanilla for Creamy Chocolate Whey Protein.

Whey Protein is extremely versatile and can also be added to cookies, muffins, pancakes and anything else your heart desires.
