Ces l\u00e9gumes tr\u00e8s nutritifs \u00e0 saveur sucr\u00e9e sont consistants, faibles en gras et peu caloriques. Bourr\u00e9es de vitamines A, B6, C et E, de magn\u00e9sium, de potassium et de mangan\u00e8se, les courges d\u2019hiver s\u2019ajoutent avantageusement aux soupes, aux plats mijot\u00e9s et m\u00eame aux desserts.<\/p>\n<p>De la courge Butternut jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la Kabocha et la Delicata, les vari\u00e9t\u00e9s multicolores et aux formes curieuses de courge d\u2019hiver peuvent intimider ou embarrasser ceux qui ne les connaissent pas encore. Pour mieux comprendre ces vari\u00e9t\u00e9s et la fa\u00e7on de les utiliser, voici un r\u00e9sum\u00e9 pratique de cinq de nos pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La courge Butternut<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La courge Butternut en forme de bouteille et \u00e0 peau jaun\u00e2tre est l\u2019une des courges d\u2019hiver les mieux connues et les plus utilis\u00e9es. Sa chair d\u2019une teinte orange-jaune vive est souvent r\u00f4tie ou r\u00e9duite en pur\u00e9e et ajout\u00e9e aux soupes. On peut commencer par la peler mais il est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plus facile de la r\u00f4tir en entier et de la farcir ensuite, ou d\u2019en extraire la chair, dont le go\u00fbt rappelle celui de la patate douce. Disponible toute l\u2019ann\u00e9e mais meilleure d\u2019ao\u00fbt \u00e0 octobre, cette courge a une saveur de noisette sucr\u00e9e et une texture lisse comme de la cr\u00e8me.
