Non seulement elles entretiennent la r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 intestinale, mais elles contribuent aussi au maintien d\u2019un poids corporel sain et peuvent am\u00e9liorer les taux de cholest\u00e9rol et de glyc\u00e9mie. Elles peuvent m\u00eame r\u00e9duire le risque de diab\u00e8te de type 2, de cardiopathie et de certains types de cancer. On l\u2019aura compris. Il faut consommer plus de fibres. Mais cela ne veut pas dire qu\u2019il faut se bourrer de pain complet ou de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales enrichies au son. Il existe de nombreuses sources de fibres qui augmenteront l\u2019apport alimentaire \u2013 faites preuve de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9!<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Sources de fibres solubles<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les fibres solubles se dissolvent dans l\u2019eau et aident \u00e0 ramollir les selles. C\u2019est excellent pour la sant\u00e9 intestinale et peut aider \u00e0 abaisser les taux de cholest\u00e9rol sanguin et de glucose. Voici quelques sources alimentaires de fibres solubles b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>-abricots<\/p>\n<p>-agrumes<\/p>\n<p>-avocats<\/p>\n<p>-avoine<\/p>\n<p>-brocoli<\/p>\n<p>-carottes<\/p>\n<p>-choux de Bruxelles<\/p>\n<p>-figues<\/p>\n<p>-goyaves<\/p>\n<p>-graines de lin<\/p>\n<p>-graines de tournesol<\/p>\n<p>-haricots (tout particuli\u00e8rement les haricots noirs, haricots de Lima et haricots rouges)<\/p>\n<p>-lentilles<\/p>\n<p>-navets<\/p>\n<p>-nectarines<\/p>\n<p>-noisettes<\/p>\n<p>-orge<\/p>\n<p>-patates douces<\/p>\n<p>-petits pois<\/p>\n<p>-poires<\/p>\n<p>-pommes<\/p>\n<p>-psyllium<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Sources de fibres insolubles<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les fibres insolubles ne se dissolvent pas dans l\u2019eau. Elles favorisent le transit des aliments et des d\u00e9chets dans l\u2019appareil digestif, augmentent le volume des selles et aident \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir la constipation. Voici quelques sources alimentaires de fibres insolubles b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>-avocats<\/p>\n<p>-baies (tout particuli\u00e8rement les framboises, bleuets et fraises)<\/p>\n<p>-chou-fleur<\/p>\n<p>-farine de bl\u00e9 entier<\/p>\n<p>-f\u00e9culents (ma\u00efs, pomme de terre, courge, petits pois)<\/p>\n<p>-gombo<\/p>\n<p>-graines de lin<\/p>\n<p>-haricots<\/p>\n<p>-haricots de Lima<\/p>\n<p>-haricots verts<\/p>\n<p>-l\u00e9gumes \u00e0 feuilles vertes (\u00e9pinard et chou fris\u00e9)<\/p>\n<p>-lentilles<\/p>\n<p>-noix<\/p>\n<p>-noix de coco<\/p>\n<p>-pelures de fruits (pommes, poires, prunes)<\/p>\n<p>-pommes de terre<\/p>\n<p>-son de bl\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>Naturellement, la quantit\u00e9 de fibres varie selon les sources alimentaires, d\u2019o\u00f9 l\u2019importance de consommer un assortiment vari\u00e9 d\u2019aliments riches en fibres. Selon <a href=\"https:\/\/www.canada.ca\/fr\/sante-canada\/services\/nutriments\/fibres.html\">Sant\u00e9 Canada<\/a>, les hommes devraient consommer 38 grammes de fibres par jour, et les femmes 25 grammes. Pourtant, la plupart des Canadiens n\u2019atteignent actuellement que la moiti\u00e9 de ces quantit\u00e9s.
