Ne pas d\u00e9passer 3 000 UI par jour<\/li>\n<li><strong>Enfants et adultes de 9 \u00e0 70 ans :<\/strong> 600 UI par jour. Ne pas d\u00e9passer 4 000 UI par jour<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>On pourrait penser qu\u2019il suffit d\u2019\u00eatre au soleil pour s\u2019assurer un apport suffisant de vitamine D. S\u2019il est vrai que l\u2019organisme peut utiliser la lumi\u00e8re solaire pour fabriquer de la vitamine D, ceci d\u00e9pend de plusieurs facteurs\u00a0: l\u2019\u00e2ge, le teint de peau, le pays o\u00f9 l\u2019on vit et le fait d\u2019utiliser ou non un \u00e9cran solaire.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous esp\u00e9rez obtenir votre dose quotidienne de vitamine D \u00e0 partir de votre alimentation, vos options sont plut\u00f4t limit\u00e9es.
